4.5 months Post Op BA - left breast didn't drop
Breast AugmentationI had my BA surgery 4.5 months ago- smooth gummy bear implants 365 CC. My right breast dropped about 2 months ago but the left is still high, harder and feels very tight. Will it drop? What could be causing it from dropping? Is it too soon to have a 2nd surgery next month to fix only the left side?

Shelf after umbilical float tummy tuck
Tummy TuckI am 9 weeks post op after having a "float tummy tuck" and I have a shelf/step off that looks worse than I did before this surgery. My plastic surgeon is well known in the area and is considered one of the best. He told me to be patient and it is probably swelling. I think it is residual fat or worse, scar tissue. I am concerned and was wondering if a CT or Ultrasound can show exactly what it is?

Implant not dropping after falling from snowboarding
Breast ReductionGot my breast done in another state, from Arizona so it’s hard going back and forth, 1 month after I got a reduction and implant, I went snowboarding- I know stupid. I ended up falling on my breasts, ended up being infected from falling and I drained lots of green fluid, finally healed 2/3 weeks later. Will my right breast ever drop? Or did I create scar tissue to where it’s not dropping been 2mo
